- I'm the new Manager of Human Resources and Policy Administration for the University of Montana Foundation. This position is a wonderful opportunity for me to grow in my profession by working with a group of accomplished and scholarly professionals. I hope to learn and grow while assisting the Foundation achieve it's goals. I am just finishing up my second month of work and find myself incredibly busy with projects for work and trying to (barely!) keep up with school. I have learned to polish a power point presentation, and will be giving it the public test tomorrow with two benefits meetings for all of the employees.
